I was the editorial manager for the official programme of Le Tour. It was a particularly challenging assignment – I was alone in the office, the entire contributing team was working remotely, and there was a two-week window before press deadline. Not only did I have to co-ordinate editorial, the programme came as a boxed pack that included a booklet, DVD, A2 map and poster, all of which was being produced off-site.
